CSU Health Professions Clubs
In CSU health professions clubs, you will connect with students who share your interests as well as professionals in the field, learn more about professional schools and the application process, and have the opportunity to engage in community service and shadowing experiences.  CSU has seven health professions clubs: Premedica, Pre-OT, Pre-PT, Pre-Optometry, Pre-Pharmacy, and Pre-Dentistry.
CSU Career Center
Career counselors are experts who can help you explore  your aptitudes, skills and interests, discuss “Plan B” possibilities—something everyone must have—and expand your knowledge of all the career options available to you. The Career Center will also help you develop your resumes and prepare for interviews.
Exploring Majors @ CSU
You can major in almost anything and go to health professional school. History, English, and Photography majors have gotten into medical and other health professional schools. Schools want you to choose a major you enjoy and in which you can succeed. Take some time to look at the different majors at CSU and choose the best fit for you.
TILT Tutoring
Free tutoring is available for biology, chemistry, physics, calculus, and other classes Sunday through Thursday evenings. Don’t wait until you’re having difficulties in a class! The students who use the Tutorial Hall most are B students working to become A students.
Learning Assistance Center
Do you study hard, but still do not do as well in your classes as you would like? Do you feel you might have learning challenges that keep you from doing your best? The Learning Assistance Center, part of CSU’s Health Network and Counseling Services, can help you identify these challenges and take steps to overcome them.
Student Leadership, Involvement and Civic Engagement
“SLiCE” oversees all student organizations on campus. Health professional schools want students who are actively engaged in their communities: SLiCE can help you find organizations that share your interests, as well as rewarding community service activities.
